Macarons are so damn beautiful and appetizing that you can’t stop yourself from eating them and then coming back for more. Only some time afterwards, a random thought might fly by: “What have I just eaten?!!”
Macarons are also the kind of food you love, even though you can’t pronounce its name.
I tried the Blueberry Lavender macaron about a year ago at the Tous Les Jours Korean(!!) Bakery in Austin. It tasted like something between Soap and wonderfullness. Have been thinking about it ever since.
